Sally McSweeney plays a vital role as a Recruitment Specialist for TriVista Recruitment by providing recruitment and administrative support to the Recruitment Team in all phases of client and talent needs assessment, research, identification, vetting and integration. Sally’s decade of expertise in front/back-office and database administration as well as marketing and customer service are the foundation to a highly specialized set of skills and knowledge that serves the PE, M&A and multi-industry nature of TriVista’s clients.
Sally’s extensive corporate communication and collaboration skills, vendor management expertise as well as HR and financials skills provide the framework for client recruitment engagements and the maintenance of the partnership between TriVista Recruitment, TriVista project teams and clients. By consistently creating the necessary repeatable processes and procedures that are flexible in design, Sally facilitates a customized recruitment approach geared to specific client and talent needs.
In addition to her primary role, Sally coordinates TriVista’s Senior Advisor program both nationally and internationally. Overall, Sally’s support to the entire TriVista Recruitment team provides a single pane view of client business drivers and needs, which enables creation of a tailored plan for finding the ideal candidate for each appointment.
